Conditioning:
Starting July 9th, Tuesdays & Thursdays
3:00pm, Nansemond River GC

Tryouts:  Starting Monday, July 29th.
Current physical is required to participate.

Cheerleading

The JV and Varsity teams will have closed practice Monday through Thursday from 4pm-7pm starting July 8, 2019.  If you are a transfer student and would like to cheer, contact Coach Armstrong at takijah05@yahoo.com .  There will be a competition tryout sometime during the month of August.  Download the KF app to stay up to date on further information.

Cross Country Track

The Runnin' Bulldogs XC Team will hold Workout Wednesdays, on 6/19 & 7/10 in the mornings from 7:00-8:30am.  Running, Core Work, Weights, Yoga and more.   

We move to twice per week, the Weeks of 7/15 and 7/22: Mon eve at 6pm and Wed morning at 7am.  

Then, Official Pre-Season Group Practices begin on Monday, 7/29.  From then until school begins, Group practices will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:45 and Wednesdays 7am-8:30am.
