2018 Summer Conditioning and Tryout Schedule


Rising 8th -12th graders (boys and girls) come on out to our 2018-19 Cheerleading Conditioning.

Conditioning will start Tuesday, May 1st and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday until tryouts in late May.
The timeframe is 3:30p until 6:00p and held in KFH’s Main Gym.

Please be dressed in practice attire and tennis shoes (no jeans, V neck t-shirts or jewelry).
Bring your great spirit and personality!

Cross Country Track

The Bulldog Cross Country (XC) Boys & Girls Teams in Fall 2018 are going to be extremely competitive!  Last fall, we had a very large, energetic team.  We finished with a faster average time/runner and ranked higher in the Region Standings than ever before in school history last fall and are committed to improving on that!  Runners of all ability levels are welcome and ALL WILL REALIZE SIGNIFICANT ATHLETIC IMPROVEMENT by being a part of the 2018 Runnin' Bulldogs XC Team.

Summer Training(Base Building) begins with a June & July Training Plan sent out by Coach Sheppard(text, call or email Coach for your copy!) It is mostly done in ROYO fashion (Run On Your Own) in early summer, with optional/voluntary periodic meet-ups, road races and track meets during those two months.  Then, beginning Monday, July 30 at 6pm, our regular Team Practices begin.  Practices from then until school begins will be on Mon and Thur at 6pm, and Wednesdays 7am, at meeting initially near the KFHS Track.  We will also have two weekend optional/voluntary off-site workouts with a team-building activity during August.
