Mr. Quattlebaum received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Troy State University and his Masters Degree from Old Dominion University.

Mr. Quattlebaum has worked for Suffolk Public School since 1994. From 1994-2000 he was a teacher at John Yeates Middle School. Mr. Quattlebaum was a teacher/Administrative Assistant at King’s Fork Middle School from 2000-2004. He became an Assistant Principal at Lakeland in 2004. He is now an Assistant Principal at King's Fork High School.

Prior to working in Suffolk Public Schools, Mr. Quattlebaum spent 24 years as a helicopter instructor pilot in the U.S. Army.
