The mission of the Young Men of Direction is to enhance the academic and social skills for King's Fork High School young men.

The only requirement for participation is the willingness to participate in changing the view and outlook of the young men at KFHS.

The club teaches young men how to become better men in life and how to handle different situations in every day life.  Club members also participate in community service projects, provide tours for new students, and act as ambassadors for King's Fork High School.
