Members of Operation Smile volunteer their time and service at Operation Smile Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. The mission of the club is to give financial assistance to the national organization in its efforts to correct facial deformities of those persons living in less fortunate areas and third world countries.

To participate in Operation Smile, students should have the desire to serve and help those with facial deformities.The club raises money to pay for or fund at lease one operation formed by the national organization.
